今年5月，国务院国资委等部门共同启动实施中央企业科技成果应用拓展工程，聚焦国家重大战略需求，以应用场景开放为牵引，促进各类创新主体科技成果在中央企业体系化、规模化应用，加快新技术新产品迭代升级，推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合。<br />

“25兆瓦海上风电机组全尺寸地面试验平台”项目由国网福建省电力有限公司牵头申报，由该公司与中国电力科学研究院有限公司等产学研单位协同研发。平台是国内首套具有自主知识产权、国际技术水平最先进、测试容量最大、测试能力最全面的风电机组地面试验平台，可开展世界上最大容量的风电机组全工况模拟试验，即将在国家级海上风电研究与试验检测基地示范应用。<br />

平台由六自由度载荷模拟装置、大容量电网模拟装置和被试机组构成，攻克了复杂电网故障动态模拟、电网阻抗量化补偿等方面技术难点，整机试验能力达到25兆瓦，具备六自由度全工况测试能力。平台还具有国内同类试验台不具备的轴线角度调节功能及全球容量最大的电网工况模拟装置。该模拟装置输出侧额定容量达到90兆伏安，可模拟海上风电交流/直流不同送出方式下的复杂并网环境及各类故障扰动工况。<br /></td>
