自接到保电任务以来，国网西藏电力第一时间成立专项保电领导小组，组织调度、设备、物资等部门建立“1+7+16”应急指挥体系，提前1个月开展电网设备特巡特检，对涉及的49座变电站（开闭所）、186条输配电线路进行“拉网式”排查，提前消除设备隐患。该公司统筹各专业力量，组织88支保电队伍、1552名保电人员，514辆抢修车、70辆移动电源车，各类应急物资、装备1000余件投入到各保障点位。保电人员坚守一线，按“一户一案”原则，结合指挥图、操作卡、隐患缺陷表，对全区80个涉保点位开展电力保障工作。
